Filter Cassettes

AG delivers a wide range of filter cartridges - including Bacho cassettes and ITK cassettes.

• We can offer several different filter cassettes with a large filter area in our range - including Bacho cassettes.
• Common to our filter cartridges is that they are compact filter units with a very large filter area.
• At the same time, they are easy to install, as they are delivered in a stable metal frame, which is simply pushed into a rail.
• They are designed as small filter bags that are collected in long rows of hoses.
• The filter bags are each supported by a spring and have a venturi nozzle that ensures optimal air distribution and efficient cleaning.
• Bacho filter cartridges consist of 255 small filter bags - 15 rows of hoses with 17 small filter bags in each row. For an effective seal, the frame is mounted with a felt gasket at the top, so that spills are avoided.
• Filter cartridges are used for industrial processes where a large filter area is crucial and there are high requirements for low emissions.
• The filter cassettes are produced on automatic machines, which helps to ensure high uniformity and quality, as well as efficient and professional production.
• We guide you in the selection of filter material - adapted to the operating conditions in the filter
• All filter cartridges are made to order.
• Exact specifications must be provided by the customer, but AG can assist with measurements and analysis of material type.
• We archive all specific information on filter cartridges we have produced.

• A Bacho cassette can best be described as a small complete filtering unit.
• It is delieverd in a fixed metal frame and the filtering area is built as 225 filter bags each with their own support basket and cleaning nozzle.
• This way a large and effective filter area is achieved which can easily be installed in a filter house.
• The cleaning nozzles are designed to optimally distribute the air thus ensuring an effective cleaning throughout the entire filter.
• The filter material is selected once we are familiar with your operational parameters and hereafter the production is started.
• As these filters are always delivered in standard size, this part of our production has been automated to keep the salary costs low and to ensure a high uniform quality - both aspects which will benefit you as a customer.
• ITK cassettes are compact filters with a large filter area.
• The manufacturing process as well as the componenets are fundamentally the same as in a Bacho cassette.
• ITK cassettes can be delivered in all fabric qualities for optimal filtration.
• The cleaning is done via compressed air which is distributed optimally through the nozzles in the top.
