The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has escalated rapidly and is affecting our lives both personally and professionally. The safety and well-being of our employees and customers is our utmost priority at AG and we are taking necessary steps to keep our communities safe.
We are following the guidelines of national health authorities and have suspended all non-critical travel and meetings.
Our suppliers in Europe and Japan are working hard to uphold production and the delivery of products.
All our employees within project management, sales and customer care are available from their home offices.
Our warehouse remains open to ensure the timely delivery of goods and our service technicians are all working as usual while taking the necessary precautions. We are currently able to maintain a good level of service and delivery to all our customer, but we are following the situation closely as changes may occur.
This is a dynamic situation and we do not know the full extent of how this will effect us, we therefore recommend:
-Planning purchases of goods and services as far in advance as possible
-Planning for longer lead times and greater currency fluctuations than usual
This can contribute to good cooperation and more predictability for all parties involved.
